Gmail Starting to Slip on Spam

I’ve been a pretty die hard Gmail guy for the last year.  Yes I know I’m late to the game but prior to that I was using a Treo and utilizing Exchange for my eMail duties.  Unfortunately is just seemed like the whole Outlook on the Desktop and Exchange in the cloud solution caused many crashes.  Let alone trying to access two different Exchange servers.  So I consolidated everything over to Gmail.  It did a great job of combining all the multiple sources of email and allowing me to reply to everything from one interface.  The solution came together for me further when I moved to a Blackberry Pearl (I like small phones) and started utilizing the gMail application on my Blackberry. 

Within the last month I’ve started to receive more and more spam that seems to be slipping through the cracks.  Looking at my spam folder I see 3,384 spam messages for the last month.  While it catching quite a bit, it’s not as good as it was.  I’m now deleting about 10-20 messages a day that are spam.  I like a nice clean e-mail box.  I hate spam.  Absolutely hate it.  Prior to gMail I was using www.coudmark.com for my spam prevention.  It did a pretty good job as well, but I feel that Google has done better, until recently anyways.

Google, please elminate my spam and maintain my sanity!!!
